Refer a young person

What do we mean by referral?

A referral is a way of receiving appropriate details about a young person in order to establish if we can help and enable us to make contact.

Referral process

Referrals can be made by anyone (ie a parent/carer, grandparent, worker, family friend, teacher, GP, neighbour) who feels a young person is a young carer and who would benefit from a young carers service such as 24/7.
